The Adelaide Cathedral Parish wishes to advise that the request for Proof of Identity is in compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Adelaide Catholic Archdiocese and for the protection of the person who’s Baptismal Record is being requested.
To speed up the process of obtaining your certificate copy please be as detailed and accurate as possible.
