Ministries
Ministries are the spiritual work or services by any Christian. Through Baptism, each of us becomes 'another Christ', called to holiness of life and mission and ministry in the Church precisely for the salvation of the world. It also means answering our own personal call to live as Jesus' disciples, following Jesus' model to be of loving service to others.
God entrusts each of us with a unique call to bring his love and goodness into the world. Our unique gifts and talents, the fruits of Spirits, are not for ourselves alone but for the love and services of others.
There are many ministries, activities and groups active within the Adelaide Catholic Cathedral Parish. Some of these are active across all the communities while others are confined to one or two communities.
We always welcome parishioners to become involved in any of the Ministries as explained here. We invite you to use your gifts and talents for the building up of our Parish Community and to fill in the form here for your convenience, so we can contact you as soon as possible.
Only by working and giving together can we build God's kingdom in our world. I'm so grateful for the wonderful good will that exists in our Parish and I thank those who are already giving so much of themselves. Thank you for taking the time to prayerfully reflect on your giftedness and how you may share your unique blessings with others.
